I know the subheading is a little cheesy, but I’m sure moving from Wisconsin to Texas is about the equivalent. Cause that’s a long way for love!

A couple weekends ago, before photographing an engagement session, Angela & I were sitting in a park and I glanced over at her. Something hit me… like I was seeing her for the first time all over again. She was so beautiful. I smiled, stared a little while, then I remembered I had my camera with me — duh! I know she gets annoyed sometimes with my camera all in her face, but she granted me a little freedom to capture a portrait of her. Wow, it turned out just how I was seeing her in person.

Then it hit me again… I’m married to this woman. This beautiful, sweet, smart, funny woman! She makes me feel special and she protects my heart. She’s there for me even for the smallest of things. She loves me in ways that makes me think she could truly be an angel. With her, I see a bright future full of laughter, joy, growth, and triumph. The best part about it all is that she is my bestest of best friends.

Never in a million years, or a million chances, could I pick a better person to spend the rest of my life with, so God, thank you for choosing such a beautiful person for me. Thank you for making her such a lovely person and for blessing me with such a priceless gift. I love her so much!!!
